How it works
From a photo on your phone to a portrait on your wall
1. Choose a style
Pick one of six: The Royal, The Commander, The Sunlit watercolor, The Bold pop art, The Pamper bath time or The Cozy Christmas. Each portrait can include one or two pets.
2. Upload a photo of each pet
One clear photo per pet where you can see the face. A phone picture is fine. Not sure it's good enough? Upload it anyway and we'll tell you before we start.
3. Pick your format
A Digital Download, a Poster on art paper or a Canvas, unframed or in a black frame. Every option and its price is on the product page.
4. We design your portrait
Our team works from your photos to capture their eyes, markings and personality. Your proof arrives by email within 1–2 days, or within 24 hours with the 24-hour preview.
5. You approve the proof
Two rounds of changes are included, free, and each comes back within 24 hours. Nothing is printed or sent until you say it's them. Digital files are emailed once you approve; prints are made and delivered in 5–10 business days with free US shipping.
